VOLUNTEER

Youth Group Volunteer – We are looking for people to assist our facilitators with activities, interact and build rapport with the youth to support them during their time at group. Group times are Tuesdays 5:30p-7:30p and Fridays from 6:00p-8:00p.  (Must pass a CANTS background check.) To volunteer, email PCYG@PhoenixCenterSpringfield.org

Weekend Drop In Volunteer – We are in search of volunteers to keep an eye on the building, welcome people into the space, keep the lounge area looking tidy, and let staff know when things need restocked. Hours are Saturdays noon-4:00p. To volunteer, email OUTonSecond@PhoenixCenterSpringfield.org

Building Janitorial Volunteer – We take pride in our space and rely upon a collective community effort to keep it tidy. Two separate teams of devoted volunteers meet for an hour once a month. To volunteer, email Andy@PhxCtr.org

Volunteer Consultant/Handy Person – Do you have a knack for fixing things? We are seeking a knowledgeable volunteer to assist with basic, non-structural building maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and prioritize maintenance needs.  To volunteer, email info@PhoenixCenterSpringfield.org

• serve on fundraising committees
• serve on a PrideFest committee
• assist residents with life skills building (computer skills, budgeting), with tutoring, and with a craft project
• assist with maintenance projects (painting, yard work, repairs)
• assist with the youth group
• assist with harm reduction kit making
• assist with the Pride Store and coffee shop
