By typing your name in this field you agree that you are interested in volunteering at the Phoenix Center and that you will do your best to be present, prompt, and respectful when you represent the Phoenix Center.

Once you have completed the volunteer application you will be contacted with dates of upcoming volunteer trainings. Once you complete the volunteer training, you will be asked to sign a form for a DCFS background check. All volunteers, staff and board members must pass a DCFS background check as we have programming, groups and services for youth.  You will also receive a volunteer agreement that outlines confidentiality, conduct, and other requirements.
