Housing

Billy's House

Billy’s House is a sanctuary for our neighbors living with HIV who are navigating the intersections of housing instability and systemic barriers. We recognize that managing your health is a secondary priority when your primary need for a safe, dignified home isn’t met. In a world where healthcare and housing systems often fail the most vulnerable, Billy’s House stands as a queer-affirming space rooted in trauma-informed care.

As a transitional housing program (up to 24 months), we provide a stable foundation where you can catch your breath. You aren’t just a “client” here; you are a partner in your own healing. You will work alongside our Clinic Director to address complex stressors, stabilize your health, and achieve the personal goals you set for yourself upon arrival. Our ultimate mission is to support your journey toward permanent, sustainable housing while honoring your lived experience and your right to thrive.

PC3

PC3 (Phoenix Center, People Centered, Pride Centered) is a housing community built by and for the LGBTQIA+ community. We know that for many of our siblings “home” has often been a place of exclusion or harm. PC3 is designed to change that narrative.

This is a transitional, congregate living program (up to 24 months) that centers on the power of chosen family. Residents enjoy the privacy of their own individual room, while sharing a kitchen, living room, and bathroom with two other community members. We frame these shared spaces as an opportunity to build mutual support and collective care. During your stay, you will collaborate with our Clinic Director to navigate systemic challenges and build a roadmap toward permanent housing. At PC3, your autonomy is respected, your identity is celebrated, and your future is the priority.

Ruth Ellis Housing

The Ruth Ellis Housing Project offers permanent, light-touch supportive housing that honors the legacy of queer resilience. We believe that housing is a human right, and our one-bedroom units (available for 1–2 people) are designed to provide a long-term, affordable sanctuary for our queer community.

This program is built on a foundation of equity and trust. Residents sign a lease and pay rent as a tool for financial independence and long-term security. To ensure you remain supported against the stressors of the outside world, you’ll participate in monthly check-ins with our Clinic Director to access resource referrals and community advocacy. We are here to help you protect your peace, grow your savings, and maintain a home that is truly yours.
